This is a valid concern and a matter of priorities. If you admit that this is important for you and your body, I provide all possible tools to keep your progress and motivation high. My teaching method based on the principles of neuroscience requires from you 2h of self-training per week (except for additional Zooms for the Master and VIP Mentorship packages). Our brain needs time to process new information and this strategy is much more effective compared to exhausting daily training. One of my students, Katja, couldn’t practice for 2 weeks due to personal reasons, and when she came back to training, she managed to do the moves she couldn’t do before! That’s some magic tricks we talk about at the first module of the course. You won’t believe how incredibly our brain works!
However, I must tell you they I can’t practice for you. I provide all possible knowledge, but you are the one who decides to use it or not. In addition to my guidance, we have a community where students can share their results and support each other.
